Commencement – Chairman Ryder called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. and explained the meeting procedure.
Old/New Business
Discussion – 2015 Committee
Chairman Ryder stated that Steve Grima of the 2015 Committee would be making a presentation to the board of Selectman’s meeting Tuesday evening and the Committee itself would meet Thursday at the Music Hall.
Vice-Chairman Magauran explained how the original committee was established and that it was important to look at where the town would be in the future. The current committee was approved by the Board of Selectman to look at those recommendations of the prior committee.
Chairman Ryder commented that it is the desire of the Planning Board to work with all the local boards. The goal is to get their support when the go to Town Meeting with the proposed bylaw change.
Comments were also made that more of the town should get involved and that different methods of getting information out to the public should be addressed.

Approval of Bills
Bill of $14,000 submitted from Cornish Associates for consulting on the NOD.
Member Sweeney asked if this would be the final bill. Chairman Ryder explained that they would have input into the wording for the final bylaw and it would be an additional charge.
Motion was made to approve by Member Napoli seconded by Member Sweeney.
